Order processing
You can expect us to process your order within 1 to 3 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. If we receive a high volume of orders, processing may take longer. If there is a delay, we will contact you.
Shipping rates and delivery times
Shipping costs depend on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Estimated delivery times:
• Standard shipping: 5 to 7 business days
• Express shipping: 3 to 5 business days
Delivery times are estimates. Carriers may experience delays outside our control.
International shipping
We ship to selected countries. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your shipment.
Address accuracy
Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
Shipping restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or restricted locations unless specified. Some products may have additional shipping limitations.
